Feref select Smarter IT Services to provide a fully managed IT service
Feref, an award-winning fully integrated creative agency based in Soho, London, has chosen Smarter IT Services to support their IT estate with a fully managed service.
Having been a Smarter IT Services customer since 2010, Feref opted to expand their existing contract, handing their IT reigns over to our capable team.
Fast response times
The partnership will provide Feref with a 30 minute remote response time to any IT issues and priority onsite response for remedial requests from 2 hours, supporting all hardware, software, services, network, security, phones, tablets, VoIP and CCTV within the organisation.
All IT taken care of
As part of the managed service, Smarter IT Services will also carry out user on/off boarding, new user installs, change requests, server and client monitoring, backup monitoring, disaster recovery and licensing management.
Preventative Auditing
And, in order to maintain an efficient and secure infrastructure, frequent audits will be performed to help identify any potential failings.
